Just before completing his apprenticeship in 2017, Ty Higgins studied Studio Art and graduated Cum Laude from Belmont University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts. Born the son of artists and craftsmen, it is only natural that he approaches tattooing with a blend of fine art education and blue-collar ethics.
Not wanting to be nailed down to any one style, Ty is most interested in American Traditional, Neotraditional, Japanese, and Blackwork. Take a glance through his portfolio and you’ll see a wide range of themes and styles.
